Refund & Return Policy

At SabaiStyle™, we want you to shop with confidence. Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged with care before leaving our studio. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — within the simple guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn (except for fitting) with tags and original packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days (Hong Kong) or 10 days (Philippines/Thailand) of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Intimates (lingerie, swimwear, undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items.

  • Customized or pre-order pieces.

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@sabaistyle.com with your order number, reason, and a clear photo of the item.

  2. Wait for our Return Authorization (RA) approval and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable courier.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and customs duties are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, simply indicate it in your email request. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. International Orders

For cross-border returns (outside Hong Kong), please note that import duties, taxes, and return shipping are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier to avoid loss in transit.
